Respond as quickly as possible

We find that one of the biggest factors that contributes to our high level of customer service and retention is the speediness of our response to our clients. During all our projects communication is regular and unobtrusive, we make this happen through various tools to allow our customers to see exactly where their project is at, delivery dates, milestones and other essential information when they need it.

There will always been someone in our team to help with queries and questions. We try to stay one step ahead by monitoring all our websites, domain names and SSL certificates. If theres any downtime on websites or any part of their infrastructure 3 members of our management team will know almost instantly and will be notified via both SMS and Email. This gives our customers peace of mind to know their website is always being monitored and looked after by specialists, allowing them to do what they do best -run their business.

Know your customers

We have realised that one of the most important things about any creative process is knowing who your customers are and thoroughly understanding their business needs. In a service business like ours its important for us to be on first name terms with our clients- getting to know them and their business inside out. We see ourselves as a digital extension of our customers team. Our websites and service reflect our business, so it is just as important to us that we do the best job we can ensuring we understand requirements and create websites that business require in order to drive them forward.

Fix our mistakes

If we make a mistake we understand how vital it is that we notify our customers straight away to inform them of the issue and our resolution, reassuring them we are working to fix the problem, whilst keeping in contact until the issue has been resolved. We want to ensure the trust and integrity of the business is always kept intact. We don’t play the blame game, our main aim will be to ensure any problems are fixed quickly and efficiently. After all trust is the basis of any good relationship.

Go the extra mile

We believe that every project deserves the best from our team. We are happy to go that extra mile to ensure the process is as easy and as stress free as possible. We don’t just want to create a website, piece of software or an app. We want to be your chosen digital partner. Partnerships are important to us; after all word of mouth is the best type of business any company can acquire.

We think long term  Our clients are for life

We understand that our client’s happiness is at the core of our business. We want to ensure that everyone who comes through our door feel reassured, happy and excited about the new working relationship they are about to embark on with us. We as a team pride ourselves in a quick, accommodating and helpful approach to any situation that we may be presented with. But, dont take my word for it, see below what some of our lovely clients have to say about us!

“Dear Mr Allen

We are about 24 hours before our long awaited website goes live and I am writing to congratulate you on the extremely professional, efficient and enthusiastic team of individuals who have delivered our project.  Sarah-Jane Carruthers in particular warrants a special mention she has been extremely helpful at all stages of the project even answering e-mails when she was off work at all hours of the day and night!

Many thanks to you and all your team for the commitment your company has demonstrated throughout the delivery of this project.

Kind Regards

“Hi Sarah-Jane,

On behalf of Friends of the Cancer Centre, can I add my sincere thanks to you and the team at Tomorrow Lab, for your support and this incredible gift.

The new website has given the project a new level of professionalism and the participants, renewed enthusiasm about being part of something so special.

It will be great to share the success with you all at the end of the event and to let you know how much has been raised this year and the difference this will make to local families affected by cancer.

Kind Regards

“Hi Sarah-Jane + Adrian,

Trish and I wish to thank you very much not only for designing and building the absolutely fabulous ‘ask an architect’ website, but for your patience, courtesy and skill in doing so.

The quality of the product exudes professionalism and interest and attraction – attributes which will most certainly massively enhance the prospects for raising funds for the worthy cause.

In short – the website represents an enormous and invaluable boost to the overarching objective of ‘ask an architect’

Very many thanks again.

Best wishes,

Trish and Barrie”

Ask an architect

“Hi Sarah-Jane

I’d like to add my personal thanks to you and the team for making this website a reality. It provides such an improved platform for the ‘ask an architect’ initiative and along with other positive developments it leaves me really hopeful that we can raise double the amount that we did in our first year.
